International Service Disruption

Due to cancellations on ferry crossings, delays at the Channel Tunnel and heavy traffic on the M20 some of our International services are experiencing disruptions.

Please be assured that we are continually monitoring the situation and are doing everything we can to minimise the impact on our service including using alternative routes where possible. If you have a shipment(s) in transit, you can track its progress by logging in to myTNT.

Due to high winds, the Forth Road Bridge, in Scotland, is today closed to high-sided vehicles which may cause further delays to some deliveries in the area.

Because of ongoing structural repairs, the bridge will remain closed to HGV traffic. We are unable to guarantee the availability of our timed premium services in the region.

We are doing everything possible to minimise the effect on our customers' delivery and collection services.

Wherever possible, we will attempt to deliver as normal, but, until further notice, we are unable to guarantee on time delivery of our Domestic & International premium services (pre-9am, pre-10am and pre-12noon deliveries).  Collection cut-off times for guaranteeing Domestic next day deliveries from these areas will also be brought forward to 3pm.
