TNT China wins customer service award

5 May 2009 - TNT China International Express has received the “2009 China’s Best Call Center of the Year” award from the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) and China’s Customer Contact Center Standard committee (CCCS). TNT China runs three regional customer contact centers that employ about 200 people. They provide customer services 24/7.
