Delisting TNT London Stock Exchange effective 21 March 2006

Publish Date : 20 March 2006 at 08:30 CET - Amsterdam, TNT N.V. (TNT, TP) today announced, further to an earlier announcement, that the delisting from the London Stock Exchange will be effective 21 March 2006. The last trading day is 20 March 2006.

TNT earlier announced its intention to delist from both the London Stock Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (expected at the end of May) as costs for these listings are not justified by the low trading volume in TNT shares at both stock exchanges.
