During this programme you will cover modules on topics such as change management, problem solving and performance management. You will also get the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills further through a tailored training programme structured just for you.
If you come to TNT as a graduate, you will spend your time managing key projects across Head Office with potential budgets of up to £100k. Undertaking award winning training will provide the foundation for you to progress into a management position within 5 years.
