Sales
A team comprising of an Indoor Sales Executive and a Field Sales Executive are responsible for gaining new customers as well as maintaining and developing existing business within a defined geographic territory.
Sales Manager
In this role you will use your people management skills to continually motivate and develop the Field and Indoor Sales teams. You will lead by example and your results-driven approach will ensure that all individual and team targets are met.
Sales Office Supervisor
You will be responsible for the performance of the Indoor Team, supervising, coaching and developing them to achieve their targets. Excellent sales and organisational skills are required together with the ability to lead and motivate the team.
Field Sales Executive
This individual will sell our service face-to-face, to generate new business whilst maintaining strong links with the existing customers. To perform well in this role you will need to be confident, enthusiastic and possess excellent customer liaison skills.
Indoor Sales Executive
Within this role you will sell our market-leading service to customers over the telephone, source new business and keep in close contact with the existing customer base. High levels of self-confidence, enthusiasm, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are all necessary to succeed in this role.

Operations
This team is responsible for the successful, high quality, efficient and cost-effective collection and delivery of customers' parcels. The key roles required in the team include Collection and Delivery Drivers,Trunk Drivers, Loading Bay Operatives and Traffic Office Personnel.
Collection & Delivery Driver
Within this role you will be ensuring that customers' documents, parcels and freight are delivered safely, securely and on time. Working with the latest in-cab technology you will carry out around 50 deliveries and collections a day. To join us as a driver you will need a Category C, C+E or full non LGV driving licence, good geographical knowledge, a commitment to customer service and good communication skills.
Trunk Driver
Driving one of our linehaul vehicles you will be responsible for the safe movement of our customers' goods between TNT locations. You will need a Category C+E driving licence and, due to the nature of our operation, be able to work outside normal daytime hours.
Loading Bay Operative
Working as a key part of the operations team you will ensure that our customers' goods are carefully handled, scanned, sorted and loaded ready for delivery. This role involves work of a physical nature and is suitable for those who are able to work well in a team and have good communication skills.
Traffic Office Personnel
The traffic office team control, plan and manage the operational resources of the depot.This is a very busy department which requires people with excellent organisational and communication skills who have the ability to work as part of a team.
Operations Management
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' goods are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Whilst meeting customers' needs you will also ensure our operational policy is implemented and that effective cost controls are in place.

Customer Services
Many of our depots have a Customer Service department providing information on our services to existing and new customers. Due to our continuing success and growth we also have dedicated Call Centres at Atherstone in Warwickshire, Lount in Leicestershire and at Team Valley in Gateshead.
Using modern call centre and PC technology these busy teams maintain the highest standards of efficient, professional customer care.
Customer Services Manager
Through the effective management of this team you will ensure our customers receive a first-class service. Previous experience in this field is essential together with the ability to thrive in our busy and challenging environment.
Customer Services Supervisor
This individual will supervise a team of Customer Services Agents and therefore to succeed within the role you will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with the ability to remain calm in demanding situations.
Customer Services Agent
Working as part of the Customer Services team you will continually improve customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. To be successful in this role you will need to thrive in a busy and challenging environment, have good communication skills and possess a pro-active approach to problem solving.
Customer Service Co-ordinator
You will work within the busy depot environment assisting our Call Centre Agents with customer queries. You will be expected to solve customer queries by working closely with both your Sales and Operations colleagues.
Call Centre Agent
Working as part of a busy team you will provide essential information to both customers and colleagues. You will already have experience in a customer-facing role and be passionate about delivering the highest standards of service. Your excellent communication skills and flexible approach will prove a winning formula.
Call Centre Team Leader
Using your previous experience within a modern call centre environment you will motivate and develop your team of call centre agents to ensure they achieve and exceed targets set for them. Your positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills will prove invaluable in a customer driven environment.

Administration
As part of this team you will provide clerical, financial and administrative support to the depot.
A wide variety of roles are available within this function with opportunities for supervisory and management development.
An eye for detail, excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work accurately with data within strict deadlines are amongst the requirements that will help you perform well in this area of our business.
