How to arrange a collection
Arranging for your document or package to be collected by Special Services couldn't be easier. Just call 08451 24 7 365, and wherever you are in the UK you will be connected to your nearest Special Services Sales Centre.
We will immediately despatch one of our drivers to collect your consignment. All the necessary paperwork will be completed by your local TNT Special Services Centre for your convenience. Our driver will leave you with your own copy of the consignment note at the time of collection. This represents proof of collection, and should be retained for future reference. Before you make your call, please make sure you have the information on the checklist to hand.
Checklist
- Your full company name, address, postcode and telephone number, together with contact name and extension number if applicable
- The full company name, address, postcode, telephone number, contact name and extension number of the recipient
- The number of separate items in your consignment
- The weight and dimensions of your total consignment
- How the item is packed (ie carton, tube, etc)
- The nature of the contents. Note: if the consignment includes any hazardous or dangerous goods, you must notify your TNT Sameday Centre at the time you request collection
- The time at which your consignment will be ready for collection
- The time by which your consignment should be delivered
- Your company's hours of business
Proof of delivery
Within minutes of your consignment being signed for, your local Special Services Centre will give you immediate proof of delivery over the phone. Alternatively, if you prefer to confirm delivery details online, you can visit our track 'n' trace system where you can print off the date, time and name of the recipient who signed for your parcel.
