Next morning before noon delivery
The standard TNT Supamail service for delivery before noon the next working day for urgent items of business mail, documents and small parcels.

Next morning before 10.30am delivery
When noon’s too late this service ensures your letter or package is in your recipient’s hands by 10.30 next morning.

Next morning before 9.00am delivery
When there’s no time to lose, this option ensures your delivery is received at the very start of the next working day.

Saturday delivery
When it can’t wait until Monday - all of the above timed options are available for Saturday delivery.

Saturday collection for Monday delivery
Packages may be collected on Saturday for delivery the following Monday morning, with the full range of timed options.

Third party delivery
TNT Supamail can co-ordinate collection and delivery between two or more locations.

Offshore islands delivery
A range of delivery services are available to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish islands and the Isle of Man, including customs clearance where necessary

Late Collection
TNT Supamail provides late collection facilities up to 7pm each working day evening and sometimes later in many UK cities for nationwide express delivery the following morning.

Saturday Collection For Monday Delivery
Collection before 2pm on Saturday (of consignments notified to us before noon on Saturday) can be made for delivery by the following Monday in most areas of the United Kingdom mainland.

Third Party / Carriage Forward
We provide carriage forward services which allow you to call your local TNT UK depot for a same working day collection to be made on demand from any address by another TNT UK depot using our radio and mobile data equipped fleet of immediate response vehicles. Carriage forward consignments can be delivered to any address specified by you in the United Kingdom.
You must arrange for all the items in each carriage forward consignment and in any other shipment to be correctly labelled and addressed by the sender. Please use the postcode in every case when completing our documentation.

Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands
Consignments collected or delivered in Northern Ireland and the Offshore Islands may be carried by aircraft and you are responsible for providing us with a declaration that such items are suitable for carriage by air in all cases.

Same Day Express Delivery
Faster door-to-door express delivery services are also available upon request round the clock every day of the year including public and bank holidays from Special Services. Please call us on 08451 7 24 365 at any time of the day or night if you wish to use our Special Services services.

Consignments for all Supamail services are carried on several different TNT vehicles and handled in TNT depots using state of the art automated sortation systems within our door-to-door express delivery network. Each consignment must therefore be safely and securely packed for transit. Advice on packaging your goods is available from your local TNT UK depot on tel 0800 777 222.

Labelling and Packaging
We provide package address labels and consignment notes free of charge and these documents must be completed in full to enable us to satisfy your delivery service requirements. Service stickers denoting your chosen delivery options are available from all TNT UK depots and must be applied to each package in every consignment for which a service option is required.

Free ExpressShipper Software
Unique TNT ExpressShipper Express software enables you to prepare our easy to complete consignment notes and address labels using your own computer equipment.


Transit Liability

If you are sending low weight, high value items you may wish to consider additional cover available through our Increased Limits of Liability Cover options. You may increase our liability up to £15,000 for any consignment. If you wish to increase our liability please confirm with us before we collect your consignment. An additional charge is payable for the liability - you can select from three options detailed below.

• £3 per consignment for cover up to a maximum of £5,000 per consignment


• £6 per consignment for cover up to a maximum of £10,000 per consignment


• £9 per consignment for cover up to a maximum of £15,000 per consignment
