To assist our Global Accounts, TNT has developed Major Account Desks: customer service desks staffed by a dedicated team of specialists with a wide-ranging knowledge and understanding of your business. This team will be your central point of contact for all service requirements.

Staff at the desk understand the criticality and service drivers specific to your industry. This enables them not only to provide the across-the-board support your business requires, but also to work with you to improve internal processes and eliminate areas of potential difficulty.

Operating as a knowledge centre for continuous service improvement, staff at the desk apply pro-active flow monitoring. They take immediate action whenever an issue arises which threatens to effect established service levels. Plus, working in partnership with your own staff, they suggest improvements to help you meet the service expectations of your own customers.
