Global Partnerships

'Think Global, Act Local'; it's a maxim that underpins the partnerships we enjoy with all our multinational customers.
We believe that - in developing an effective supply chain strategy - it is important to adopt a global perspective: processes, procedures and systems need to be aligned as closely as possible, to provide transparency, measurability, manageability and economies of scale.

That said, we acknowledge that - during implementation - certain adjustments will invariably be necessary, to fine-tune each service to reflect local circumstances. Hence we provide you with account management at both global level and local levels, to mirror your organisational structure.

Your in-country management will deal with a local 'Servicing Major Account Manager', to ensure global agreements are implemented effectively within your country or region.

In addition, regular review meetings will be held to ensure the agreement meets and exceeds your expectations across the board - locally, regionally, and world-wide.
