TNT has developed and implemented a world-wide, real-time, Track & Trace system, which provides our customers and trading partners with accurate, up-to-the-minute information regarding the status of their shipments - from collection through to final delivery.

Track & Trace offers you peace of mind, recording the path of each shipment as it progresses - enabling your local TNT Customer Service representative to keep you appraised of your consignments' whereabouts at all times. The system's extensive search capabilities mean you do not even have to know your consignment number or account number to get an up to the minute status report.

Track & Trace also helps us stay on top of unforeseen problems - like adverse weather conditions or customs issues - enabling us to keep you fully informed, and take all necessary steps to eliminate delays and expedite timely delivery.

Tracking
Real time Track & Trace information is also available on the Internet, via our tracking system, which enables you and your customers to track your consignment either by consignment number, or by sales order number, purchase order number, clinical study project number, or any other number you select for this purpose.
