The ExpressManager software includes customer and user maintenance utilities that allow you to set up individual user templates, input customer accounts and further tailor the system to your specifications.

All ExpressManager components are connected to the TNT Express central server so you are guaranteed the most up-to-date and accurate information possible.

Quick and easy data administration

Consignment entry becomes a simple and highly efficient process with ExpressManager. By inputting standard package and content information as well as cost centre and invoicing details you eliminate repetitive data entry tasks. And by using our popular Address Book you can store (and group) all address data including sender, pickup, receiver and delivery information.

Timesaving consignment management

The hub of ExpressManager is our unique consignment management facility that includes two types of simple forms i.e. (i) step-by-step and (ii) fast track single screen, templates. The software automatically manifests consignments and can be used to send all consignment data to TNT Express among other essential tasks.

ExpressManager can even automate the entire consignment note process by selecting the right form for each type of shipment. Once the necessary information is entered you can print your address labels and other documentation immediately. Alternatively you can save the files for printing during your end-of-day processing routine.

Price management in seconds

Save time obtaining the carriage charges for your shipments with the special ExpressManager analysis tool. Enter your collection and destination and details of parcel sizes to receive up-to-date quotes within seconds. ExpressManager also allows you to enter cost centres and this helps when allocating carriage charges to the correct department within your company.
