By incorporating our Time Critical Services we provide an instant response to requests for mission-critical parts and components. Parts can be delivered to predetermined locations, such as engineer's vehicles, enabling the repair to be carried out without delay. Our inventory management ensures that as orders are despatched your stock will be replenished to guarantee sufficient availability for future orders. Replenishment of your stock can come direct from vendors and can be provided using TNT Express networks or TNT Express Special Services.

TechnoCourier
TechnoCourier goes one step further by offering direct delivery of your products and parts, combined with on-site technical service. Your goods are transported from the Forward Stock Location by our purpose trained driver/technician. On arrival he offloads your goods and installs them in your customer's premises carrying out basic technical tasks as required. Your customers are able to use your product immediately without the need for additional engineers.

Repair
Faulty products are returned to you quickly and in a controlled way. Our fully integrated Repair and Return Service provides 3 flexible options to ensure your important "returned" goods are captured and forwarded back to you without delay.

as part of the swap process your goods will be returned to the TNT facility immediately.

when deliveries are made the faulty item can be collected at the same time

To assist you with your cost and service budgets TNT provides further flexibility with the option of having your returned goods consolidated and forwarded to you to your schedule or returned immediately through the TNT Express network.

National and Regional Value Add Centres
Additional to the Special Services operated at our local depots, TNT offers a range of complementary services at our National (Country) and Regional (Europe, Asia etc.) Value Add Centres. Strategically located these centres can act as Distribution Centres. FSL's and in certain cases can offer on-site service for returned products, combining simple diagnostics, repair and/or swap services. Since all locations are TNT facilities the full range of Standard overnight and on-demand Special Service distribution options are available.
