ExpressMobile

TNT's ExpressMobile service allows you to track and trace your consignment, obtain price quotations and access consignment status reports whilst on the move using SMS (text message), PDA devices and WAP enabled mobile phones.


TXT Service
TXT your international consignment note number or customer reference to TNT and we will TXT you back the latest status information regarding your shipment.

  1. Using your mobile phone create a new message, type the letter C to track by consignment number or R to track by customer reference.

  2. Insert a space and type in either the consignment note number or reference number.

  3. TXT the message to +44 7740 SMS SMS.


PDA Service
You can now perform tracking, pick-up, transit time and pricing requests while on the move using your internet connected device.


WAP Services
TNT's WAP service allows you to use your mobile phone to receive the latest TNT news and tracking information.

  1. Using your mobile phone, begin by selecting SERVICES.

  2. Select BOOKMARKS - OPTIONS - ADD BOOKMARKS.

  3. You will now be prompted to enter TNT's WAP address, http://wap.tnt.com.

  4. Follow the prompts. You can track your consignment either by consignment number or customer reference.


Email Tracking

TNT's email tracking is designed to check the status of international consignments without the need to call Customer Service or check the internet.

  1. Create a new email addressed to track@tnt.com.

  2. Enter into the subject field either C if tracking by consignment number or R if tracking by customer reference.

  3. In the body of the email enter the consignment note numbers or customer references you wish to track, separating each by a new line.

  4. On the last line of the email type END.

  5. Send the email.

  6. You will automatically receive a separate email for each consignment informing you of its current delivery status.
