First to Market Services

Our First to Market Services will support your product launch and marketing activities with total control and visibility at all key stages. Merge or consolidate finished product deliveries to your customer how and when they want them. Alternatively coordinate your product launch marketing activities e.g. simultaneous deliveries of product launch packs. TNT also offers an Order Management Service – we will place and coordinate orders with your global vendors and coordinate the deliveries with your client.

After Sales Express

With Forward Stock Locations (FSL) at every TNT operating location worldwide, combined with our time critical services you will be able to minimise downtime. We can pick-pack and deliver parts to your field engineers wherever they are, in less than an hour.

Repair and Return Service

Our worldwide operating locations can also be used as your “Pick up and drop off points”. TNT can also collect faulty parts from your customers. We can offer basic diagnostic and repair if required. Alternatively we can forward faulty stock to your designated repair centre via our Premium Express or the TNT network. TNT also offers to coordinate the reprocessing, restocking and/or scrapping of your product.

TNT Service Logistics users can interact with a warehouse management system through web browsers (Netscape Navigator or MS Internet Explorer version 4.X and above).

Shipping Tools

Access the shipping tools area of our website to track the status of your consignment, view a signed proof of delivery, find out the latest pick up time in your suburb, book a collection, check a price, estimate transit times and access your invoices online.

Optional extras

  • We offer extended warranty for coverage against physical loss or damage of goods
  • eInvoicing is designed to make receiving invoices and managing the invoice process more convenient and flexible. Access eInvoicing via TNT’s website to view and download your invoices.
