What is e-Returns?

TNT e-Returns is a controlled, authorised returns system which allows you to track returns from your customer all the way back to you. This reliable electronic system will increase efficiency and enable you to have more control over freight being returned to your office or warehouse.

Who is it for?

Developed for domestic customers who frequently have freight returned to them, TNT e-Returns is an innovative, business-to-business IT solution that allows you to control the entire returns process. A consignment can be returned from a nearby location or virtually anywhere in Australia and your return consignment can be booked up to 5 days in advance.

Consignments can be tracked almost immediately once the goods have been scanned at pick-up. An image of the Proof of Collection (POC) will then be available via the TNT website. In addition to our web-based management system, each night you will receive an email outlining all of your TNT e-Returns deliveries made that day, futile collections and undelivered returns.

TNT e-Returns is available from your PC via Electronic Data Transfer. TNT e-Returns will help your company achieve greater operational efficiencies and improved customer satisfaction.
