TNT AUSTRALIA - Enhanced International Security Surcharge

TNT is implementing additional procedures, activities and investments to safeguard our customers' shipments whilst in our custody, following recent well publicised incidents involving the international transportation of shipments containing illegal explosive devices. To partially offset the additional costs an Enhanced International Security Surcharge will be applied from 12 December 2010.

Current TNT Enhanced International Security Surcharge Rates:

From 7 February 2012 to 31 March 2012

  • $0.30/kg or part thereof applied to all International Express, Economy Express as well as International Special Service shipments
  • Minimum charge of $1.50 per consignment
  • Maximum charge of $20.00 per consignment
