Azerbaijan - 20th March 2009.  Please be advised that this year there will be a National Holiday in Azerbaijan from the 20th March to the 27th March 2009.  This is to celebrate Novruz Bayram. It is asked that escalations are requests are held during this time.

On-going Disruption

Honduras 16th March 2009 - An indefinite general strike in Honduras - Tegucigalpa commenced today the 16th March 2009.  This strike's impact is expected to be far reaching and will have a knock-on effect on all transport infrastructures.  Therefore, delays are expected in the processing of freight from pick ups to deliveries.  Further updates will be posted in due course.

On-going Disruption

Bangladesh 25th February 2009 - Please be advised that there is a dispute between Armed Forces in Dhaka, Bangladesh which has resulted in blockades of major roads by the Armed Forces.  Pickups and deliveries are affected and the consignments will be updated with "AN" status.  It is requested that escalations are held during this time.
