In August, TNT China was ranked as one of the "Top 50 Green Companies in China" by Business Watch magazine, in recognition of its continued efforts promoting environmental protection and energy conservation in China. The award was initiated by Business Watch, a well-respected business magazine in China. In addition to online ballots and email surveys, the voting process took into account evaluations from an expert team comprised of scholars, government officials, entrepreneurs and senior media executives hailing from Peking University, the University of International Business and Economics, the Chinese Federation of Industry and Commerce and the International Fund for China's Environment, among others.
