NEC Surcharge
Starting from January 1st 2011, TNT will be applying a surcharge for non-electronic consignments, i.e. consignment details were not submitted electronically. The surcharge is RMB 5 per consignment applying to customers that are being offered TNT published tariff.
Customer can choose to use MyTNT (web based electronic application) to submit consignment detail at no additional charge. For more details, please contact our customer service hotline at 800 820 9868 or 400 820 9868 (mobile). Customer can also contact local TNT branch and sales representatives.
