Information Exchange - Management Reporting

TNT systems provide a range of management reports for our customers in all industry sectors, including:

• Client trend reports (13 months for year-to-year comparisons, or 12 months for budgetary and control purposes)
• Traffic lane reports (origin/destination details at summary or consignment level - either depot-depot or country-country)
• Periodic reports (specific reviews for a given period)
• Service performance reports

In addition, regular reviews - between your company and TNT's Account Managers - are designed to increase mutual understanding and identify new ways to further develop our partnership.
