We would like to thank you for taking the opportunity to authorize our clearance department clear your non-EC imports and/or exports.
By taking this step, you can rest assured that any Non-EC TNT consignments transiting through Larnaca airport will be handled by our in-house clearing agent, at extremely competitive prices, with our service still being door to door, unlike other solutions.
In order for you to authorize us clear your shipments, the form located below (link to donwload form in PDF format in greek and english version) needs to be filled in and presented to your local customs office by one of the directors of the company, as shown in the company's certificate of directors. The following are also required:
1) Company's certificate of directors
2) Company seal
3) 3 stamps (can be purchased at any post office at 1.71euro each)
4) A valid ID or passport.
Following the completion of this procedure, your company will automatically appear on the government's "Thiseas" system, allowing you to start using our services immediately.
Note: This service can be expanded to shipments beyond the TNT network, but additional charges may apply.
