The UK& Irelandparticipated in the global VOICE
Engagement Survey of all TNT employees around the world.
An 86% response rate was very encouraging and as aresult of the findings, action plans are now well advanced on a national and local or site specific level.
A team of VOICE champions – individuals who are intune with the issues highlighted in the survey – are being supported by PeopleDevelopment Advisors to facilitate and collate the thoughts and ideas ofcolleagues. They act as a conduit in a two-way communication process withsupervisors, line managers and senior management.
Quarterly regional workshops for the VOICEchampions – scheduled throughout 2011 – will provide an arena for poolingknowledge and ideas, sharing experiences and developing and establishing best practice.
