You can now send your consignment note number or customer reference by SMS to us at TNT and we will SMS you back the latest status information about your system.

Simply send a text message to this telephone numbers: +44 7740 767 767

Start your message with the letter ‘C’ if tracking a consignment note number or a letter ‘R’ if tracking a customer reference – and then enter the details of the consignment you wish to search for – and press ‘send’ – it’s that simple.

For example:- to track a consignment note number or reference send the text message ‘C12345678’, or ‘RABC12345’ to the appropriate number above.

By return you will receive a live update of the current status of your shipment including details of the signatory and time/date of delivery.
