With express shipments, it’s all about speed. That’s why we at TNT Express do not apply complicated procedures for new customers. Because, after your first shipment, you already are regarded as a customer.
Your first booking
It is easy to book your first shipment online, without having to register. You can also easily book your first shipment via our Customer Services Desk: just call 357 395 220 and we arrange the booking for you. After your first consignment has been delivered, we will contact you to pass on the delivery details (when the actual delivery has taken place and who signed for reception) and answer possible questions you might have.
Becoming a regular customer
If you plan to use TNT Express for shipments rather regularly, then you can register as a customer. You will receive an account number and personal tariffs. This offers you many advantages:
- Use our PC and internet applications to automate and streamline the shipping process;
- Save time and money;
- Extra service for your customers, like for instance requesting tariffs and transit times on your website;
- The possibility to book or track shipments anytime, anywhere, or requesting information, with just a couple of clicks;
- The possibility to receive and check your invoices electronically (e-invoicing).
