Invoices and credit notes can cause a lot of red tape. Thanks to TNT Express e-invoicing, you can receive your invoices digitally, check invoices online or download them. That way, financial information is made available even faster.

This electronic invoicing system (with legally certified signature) offers you many advantages:

  • free service to check your invoices electronically; 
  • fast and efficient invoice and credit note management;
  • the possibility to check invoices in PDF and CSV and download data;
  • access to all your invoices and credit notes over the last 26 weeks;
  • tightly secured data reception;
  • optimised security via your personal user name and password; 
  • by using a certified digital signature, the electronic invoice is a legal document, overruling the paper invoice (which reduces paper waste significantly).

You already received TNT Express invoices?

To enjoy the e-invoicing advantages as a registered customer straight away, you only need to register for free via the online registration form. Please keep your last invoice handy to verify its correctness.

You have not yet received TNT Express invoices?

If you are a new customer, please inform us via e-mail (credit.control.be@tnt.com) that you wish to register for e-invoicing. We need the following data: company name, address, VAT number, phone number, contact person and e-mail address. Afterwards, you receive a confirmation with your personal log in details.

After registration, we will contact you via e-mail for the last details. Once registered, you receive an e-mail each time an invoice or credit note is set up, with a link to a secure page on which you can log in with your personal user code and password. 

By registering, you agree to stop paper invoices (via post). A paper invoice is still available on request for 2.5 euro per invoice.

TNT offers the possibility for e-invoicing in several countries, under which Luxembourg. This number of countries grows continuously, enabling to save up to one million paper invoices per month. That way, our customers can operate more efficiently, all parties involved save money and the environment is respected.
