Whenever you want to know where your shipment is, the TNT website  allows for easy tracking. You just fill out the consignment number or your reference, and you receive immediate access to the location of your shipment (maximum 50 at any one time). You can also have information forwarded to your e-mail address.

Your shipment’s status is expressed in English codes, for example ‘out for delivery’ and ‘delivered in good condition’. You can find more information on these codes in the Customer Service section.

On the road and in the office

As a regular customer, you can easily track your consignments via our internet applications and ExpressMobile services:

  • At your work station, you can use your personalised myTNT web environment, our integrated ExpressConnect application or our ExpressShipper or ExpressManager PC applications;
  • While on the road, you can easily request status information with your laptop or mobile phone;
  • For even more usability and optimal efficiency, we can also integrate shipment tracking in your IT systems.
