Our Investors in People (IiP) accreditation was gained by being an organisation which focuses on training and developing its employees, giving them opportunities to move within the company and access to training and personal development programs which open up additional career pathways.

Reward and Recognition Program
TNT believes in celebrating the achievements of our employees and this is why we have a Reward and Recognition program designed to reward employees for outstanding performances in the workplace.

Planet Me
TNT’s global “Planet Me” program is focused on reducing our footprint on the environment. We endeavor to exceed environmental regulations and are constantly seeking to improve our processes to make them more environmentally friendly.
World Food Program
TNT has a Corporate Partnership with the United Nations World Food Program, for which we deploy staff to Asia, Africa and South America on a variety of volunteer assignments
