- Economy Express is for consignments weighing over 10kg and up to 7000kg for Australia, Europe and most of Asia. Individual pieces can weigh up to 1000kg if palletised. Economy Express shipments for the USA can weigh up to 500kg. Individual peice weight for the USA is 70kg if packed on a pallet
