You can now send your consignment note number or customer reference by SMS to us at TNT and we will SMS you back the latest status information about your system.
This facility is available for tracking both domestic and international shipments.
Simply send a text message to +44 7860 010 203 Start your message with the letter ‘C’ if tracking a consignment note number or a letter ‘R’ if tracking a customer reference – and then enter the details of the consignment you wish to search for – and press ‘send’ – it’s that simple.
For example: to track a consignment note number or reference send the text message ‘C 12345678’, or ‘R ABC12345’ to +44 7860 010 203.
By return you will receive a live update of the current status of your shipment including details of the signatory and time/date of delivery.
