Q. How do I send a package using TNT Express?
A. A simple and quick way to send a package is to use our online collection booking form. You can also enjoy the many benefits of myTNT, our free personalised online service. Simply complete the short registration form or find out more about myTNT.
Q. How do I track my TNT Express shipment
A. To find out if your shipment has been delivered, who signed for it and other tracking information just type in your TNT consignment or your own reference number within our online track package tool. When you are on the move you can also track your package with our mobile services.
Q. How do I track my international TNT Express shipment?
A. If you wish to track international shipments sent outside New Zealand click here. Tracking your shipments is free, quicker and easier with myTNT.
Q. What documents are needed to accompany my shipment?
A. All TNT Express shipments must be accompanied by a consignment note. All shipments, except documents, that travel outside the European Union must also be accompanied by a commercial invoice.

A. Simply call 0800 275 868 and we will send you what you need.
Q. Where can I find advice on packaging and labelling my shipment?
A. You can find helpful packaging and labelling tips on our packaging advice page. Should your shipment contain particularly valuable or delicate items, our special handling services will take special care of them for you.
Q. Do I need to open an account to ship with TNT?
A. No, an account is not required to ship with TNT, however as an account holder you will benefit from more competitive rates.
Q. I want to open an account with TNT. What do I need to do?

Q. Will you collect my shipment or do I need to take it to a TNT depot?
A. For security purposes we only collect from account holders. If you do not have an account with TNT simply take your consignment to your nearest TNT depot.
Q. Can you deliver anywhere in New Zealand?
A. Sure we can. Our domestic service covers all corners of New Zealand.
Q. Can you deliver to anywhere in the world?
A. With TNT you can send to over 200 countries around the world using our standard global Express services. Our Special Service team can arrange delivery to any other location that you may require.
Q. Can I import documents, parcels or freight with TNT?
A. Yes, our Express Import service is available from over 120 countries around the world. Our Special Service team can arrange imports from any other location that you may require.
Q. Can I send dangerous goods with TNT?
A. TNT's Special Service team can arrange this for you.
Q. What information do I need to provide in order to get a quote from TNT?
A. All we'll need to provide your quote is the collection and delivery adress (including post code) along with the dimensions and detail on the contents of your consignment.
Q. Can you provide packaging to protect my consignment?
A. Yes, TNT offers a range of packaging solutions. These are provided free of charge for account holders sending international consignments, and are available for purchase for domestic use. To place a packaging order email nzproductorders@tnt.co.nz
Q. What is included in the price of an international shipment?
A. We take care of everything from collection and delivery, packaging, Customs, clearance, and insurance. The only exception is duties and taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Q. Does TNT provide insurance in the unlikely event of loss or damage?
A. Yes, TNT provides comprehensive insurance cover for all international shipments. Domestic shipments are automatically covered by the Carriage of Goods Act 1979 to the value of $1,500 including GST.

A. Yes, all consignments can be tracked 24/7 through our website or our Customer Service team.
