Before your shipment is collected, please ensure that it is properly packaged, that the consignment note is completed, and that all the necessary information is clearly and accurately included in the commercial invoice. If you are shipping dangerous goods, please also ensure that all necessary additional paperwork is in order.
It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure:
- the shipment is properly packed, marked and addressed
- all information they provide is complete and accurate, and
- compliance with all applicable customs and other regulations
