What is Delivery & Collection Plus?
Delivery & Collection Plus is a service that delivers products to or collects them from the end-customer while providing on-site value added services like unpacking and packing, personal collection and/or delivery, identification, connect, disconnect, install and swap. It can also include appropriate administrative services that may be required to support return material authorisation orders, such as serial number check and return instructions.
