Customs information
INDONESIA - JAKARTA CS - NEW BOOKING CENTRE CODE - JK2
Effective 3rd August 09, the booking centre code of the Jakarta Customer Service Contact Centre located at the
Headoffice of TNT Indonesia will change from JKT to JK2.
The business location details of JK2 are as follows:

The respective CS generic IDs - Cust.Serv.JK2.# and XBB.JK2.# have been setup accordingly to receive internal requests for information/support and the old
generic IDs of Cust.Serv.JKT.# and XBB.JKT.# will be deleted shortly.
MALAYSIA HEAD OFFICE NEW LOCATION CODE – KU4
Please be informed that effective 20 July 2009, the Malaysia Head Office location code will be changed from PJ2 to KU4.
The Malaysia Head Office details are as follows:

With this, the following changes will be made:
The centralised Malaysia CS contact centre at the head office and will adopt the booking centre code KU4
- All XBBs* to Malaysia will be redirected to booking centre code KU4
- KU4 has been set up as the control station for all depots in Malaysia and Brunei in MSD
- All requests for information from MY CS* should be directed to KU4 escalation IDs (Customer.Service.KU4.# or XBB.KU4.#)
- The old CS escalation IDs for KUL and PJ2 will be deleted shortly.
*Please also note that KUL is the location code of the airhub at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia and all XBBs and enquiries to Malaysia customer service should not be directed to this location.
SUPPORT DEPOT LEIDSCHENDAM NEW LOCATION CODE – LD2
Please be informed that effective from 6th July 2009, the Support depot Leidschendam location code will be active as LD2.
Depot Rotterdam (RTM) will stay the controlling depot, responsible for this location.
CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS FOR WEF (AIRFREIGHT) IMPORT TO UKRAINE (UA)
Please be advised that all import consignments sent by WEF Door-to-Door to Ukraine should arrive and are handled by TNT Ukraine only in airport Boryspil (KBP), Kiev.
All consignments are delivered to Customs Warehouse in Kiev depot by bonded truck for further distribution under customs control all over Ukraine.
Following documents are a must for preparing transit documents and final clearance:
• Invoice
• MAWB
• TNT connote
• Data are entered in T&T system
• All certificates and approvals are needed for customs clearance.
Please find below instructions for correct completion of MAWB and HAWB:
1. MAWB Completion Instructions:
In the box "Shipper's Name and Address" must be written
"TNT Express
(address of TNT-shipper)"
In the box “Consignee’s name & address” must be written:
“TNT Express Ukraine (Aero-Express Ltd.)”

2. TNT connote completion Instructions:
In boxes "Shipper's name & address" and "Consignee's name & address" must be written real names of shipper and consignee.
In case of missing original documents / mistakes in mentioned boxes, document problems and uncertain delays in customs procedures in the airport or customs clearance delays at destination;
PRE-ALERT addresses for import door-to-door shipments:

Please note:
• If you send any door-to-door shipments without PRE-ALERT, we automatically send ISB to depot of origin in amount 150 EUR.
• If you send consignment with wrong documents and it is stopped in airport, for readdressing this consignment to TNT Express Ukraine we automatically send ISB to depot of origin in amount 150 EUR and add any other costs that may appear. If you need to return such consignment to origin from airport please contact the aircompany.
• Maximum duration of storage under customs control in customs warehouse is 30 days. If clearance can`t be done by consignee or consignee refuses from the shipment we will return such consignment to origin on receiver pays base and automatically send ISB in amount 150 EUR for preparing transit documents.
