October 1st 2010: New Import Handling Surcharge level
TNT will be applying a new level of Import Handling Surcharge at 10% effective as of October 1st 2010
During the past, TNT has been maintaining a minor “import handling surcharge” despite of increasing handling costs that are no longer absorbable into our current rate structure. We are forced to assess this surcharge to offset the high costs incurred.
