Applies to outbound international and domestic consignments that have been picked up by TNT in VN, and have to be returned to sender due to: (1) unsendable over 7 working days because of insufficient paperwork for export, or (2) upon written request from shipper |

Applies to inbound international consignment that have been sent into VN, and have to be returned to shipper at origin |

Storage shipment |
Applies to inbound international consignments that have been sent into VN, and not been able to be cleared within 3 working days (exclude the arrival day) because of: (1) insufficient/incorrect paperwork , information for customs clearance, or (2) upon written request from Receiver / Origin Depot Or the consignment has been cleared but customer, for some reasons, hasn’t received it and the consignment is still kept in TNT’s warehouse. |
