Introducing TNT Express’ FreightSafe Warranty Programme
At TNT Express we are continually seeking ways of improving our range of services to our valued customers. Our latest initiative recognises the value of your goods with the introduction of the FreightSafe Warranty Programme initiative. We are pleased to announce that this new service will commence on the 1st August 2011.
This service protects our customers with an additional service guarantee against loss or damage of goods at a very competitive rate, with guaranteed quick claim settlement and no excess applied to the amount claimed.
The FreightSafe Warranty Programme, whose terms and conditions are attached, is activated at the commencement of the transport contract and is designed to provide a warranty of up to R5,000. This warranty will be applied to all consignments as of the 1st August 2011 to offer you the peace of mind you deserve.
