Please be advised that due to heavy snowfall in Croatia, delays are expected in pick-ups and deliveries for the whole country. Since yesterday evening it is prohibited traffic except for personal vehicle on highways and local roads between central part of Croatia and south part of Croatia. Most of the ferries to the islands are cancelled. All material for depots PUY, RJK, SPU, HR7 and HVO will be held in ZAG till further notice. Road line hauls movements from/to Croatia (HR) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BA) are cancelled, Domestic network will be affected too.
The severe weather conditions are expected to continue until the end of the week as per the forecast.

Heavy Snowfall - Serbia

Please be advised that due to heavy snowfall in Serbia (Depots BEG and YUO), delays are expected in pick ups and deliveries.
Serbian government declared a state of emergency on the entire territory due to heavy snowfall and very low temperatures.
For more than a week, daily temperatures in Serbia have stayed well below zero degrees centigrade, while at night they often ranged from around minus 10 to close to minus 30 degrees in some parts of the country. Forecast stays the same for another week.

Please be informed that our service in Maldives (MLE) is currently affected due to the prevailing political unrest in the country. All Government, Banks and Private sector organizations have stopped their activities for the day due to the current situation. Pick ups and deliveries all over MLE are affected. Due to safety & security reasons our office is not fully functional.

Global Express (Non dox) Consignments Addressed to Individuals - QATAR

QATAR Customs have implemented a new law for all import personal shipments.
All personal shipments (Global Express Non Dox) are required to have a copy of the Individual's ID at the point of clearance. Going forward, any personal shipments should have an copy of consignee ID attached with the shipment. If receiver doesn't have an ID or cannot provide the ID then the shipment cannot be cleared and will be abandoned in customs.
