In the Philippines, TNT Express Worldwide remains the only undisputed business-to-business express service provider. The company began its seminal operations in 1982 with a small office situated in the country’s financial district of Makati. In 1997, the company moved to a 4,300 square meter prime cargo centre adjacent to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The current office has an available warehouse of 1,200 square meters, more than 300 employees, 83 vehicles and at least 115 flights per week. TNT Express Philippines has 2 satellite offices in Makati and Shaw. In 2009, TNT opened its first depot for its North and Central Luzon operations. The 800 square meter Pampanga depot is located at McArthur Highway, San Fernando, Pampanga

In its 29 years of operations, TNT Express Philippines has risen above industry standards. In 2005, TNT Express Philippines became one of the first companies in the Philippines to be certified  as Investors in People (IiP) and the first in the logistics industry. The IiP certification is a testament of TNT’s reputation as a service-oriented company whose core strength is its people. In 2009, TNT was re-certified for ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
