Please be informed that in our effort to streamline our processes and answer the call for sustainable business practices, TNT Express embarks on a programme reducing the usage of paper in our business transactions.

Effective 01 November, 2011, a hard copy of the Consignment Detail Report (CDR) shall be attached to our invoices instead of the usual copy of consignment notes or air waybills (AWB). The information you entered in the completion of your shipments with TNT are captured in the CDR. We advise that you keep the Sender’s copy of the consignment notes for your future reference.
