TNT Notebook Competition May 2018 Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter of this prize draw is TNT UK Limited of TNT Express House, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 2RY (Promoter).
2. The prize draw is open to anyone, aged 18 years or over, EXCEPT employees of the Promoter or FedEx or one of the Promoter’s group companies.
3. Entries can be submitted either by replying or commenting to the promoter’s Twitter or Facebook page with the answer to the question within the promoter’s post.
4. Multiple entries per person are not permitted.
5. By entering, you give the Promoter the permission to use your images on its social media pages and the TNT Direct website.
6. The opening date for entries is 10:00 17th May 2018. The closing date for entries is 23:59 18th April 2018. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
7. The winner(s) will be chosen at random.
8. A total of five prizes are available. Twitter and Facebook entrants will be combined in to a single draw for the prize.
9. The winner will be notified via direct message (via Twitter) or private message (via Facebook) by 6pm 24th May 2018.
10. Acknowledgement of the prize by the winners must be received by 6pm 25th May 2018. Acknowledgement should include address details that the prize should be delivered to by the Promoter.
11. The prize is a TNT notebook.
12. The prize cannot be passed onto someone else, re-sold or exchanged for any other product.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to check validity and reject entries with reasonable cause.
14. The Promoter is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
