If you have received notification that your passport has been printed, please allow several working days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of your notification from HM Passport Office before attempting to track your shipment. For example, if you receive notification on a Friday that your passport has been printed, tracking information will normally be available from Tuesday the following week. However, sometimes it may take longer for our page to update. Please don’t contact us; we will update tracking information as soon as we can.
For the majority of passport deliveries, if you have a letterbox that allows us to post directly into your property we can deliver even if you are not at home. For more information please see ‘Do I Need To Be At Home For My Delivery?’ below.
All UKV&I and Travel Documents items MUST be signed for by the individual to whom they are addressed to, so you will need to be at home.
