COVID-19 Update- For deliveries where we would normally ask for a signature from you, our drivers will now confirm delivery from you verbally. Our tracking system will show ‘CV19’ as our driver will enter this in the signature field after they’ve spoken to you.  If no-one is available, you can re-arrange your delivery on our tracking page.

If you have received notification that your document is on its way, please allow at least one working day (Monday to Friday) from receipt of your notification before attempting to track your document through to delivery.

 

Currently our tracking website is unavailable. Our teams are working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. You should only call us if there is an issue we need to resolve with your delivery, otherwise items will be delivered as scheduled.
