Transit time improvement for TNT shipments from North Vietnam to Narita, Japan


As part of an effort to enhance customer experience, TNT has recently improved transit times for export shipments from North Vietnam to Narita (NRT), Japan.

The summary of transit time improvement is outlined in the table below.

Adjustment of TNT Call Center working hours

Launch of New TNT Gateway in Hanoi and New Warehouse Code for Declaration Entry


Effective Mar 2, 2020, the launch of the New TNT Hanoi Gateway will hopefully shorten the export and import process for TNT shipments.

In line with this change, customers will need to apply TNT Hanoi Bonded Warehouse code 01DDECC for self-processed shipments with the custom clearance. TNT address for the new TNT Hanoi Gateway remains unchanged at ALS centralized Express area at Phu Minh commune, Soc Son district, Ha Noi.

We are pleased to inform you that effective October 5, 2020, FedEx Express and TNT shipments from around the world to Ho Chi Minh City and neighbouring provinces in South Vietnam (via SGN gateway) now will arrive one day faster.

The new launch of TNT Express electronic invoicing portal


We are pleased to inform you that effective November 1, 2020, we will apply electronic invoice instead of paper invoice via an e-invoicing portal following the regulation1 of Vietnam government. This e-invoicing solution will enhance your digital experience with greater convenience and faster speed of transactions, as well as meet the requirements for information security and ease in storage and retrieval of invoices.

In order to access and download electronic invoices via the portal at https://vneinv.tnt.com/, please send your registered email address to Vietnam.Billing@tnt.com. Please be informed that you will be receiving emails for invoice alerts from tnt-einvoice@vnpt-invoice.vn as VNPT is our authorized vendor.
