2nd December - 31st December 2018 : 13.5%
28th October - 1st December 2018 : 13.00%
30th September - 27th October 2018: 12.5%

The index-based fuel surcharge is based on the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) kerosene-type jet fuel spot price. In the past, it has been adjusted monthly based on a rounded average of the spot price for a gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel, as published by the U.S. Energy Information Agency (EIA). Effective January 1, 2019, the TNT fuel surcharge will be adjusted on a weekly basis. It will be adjusted in line with the change in USGC kerosene-type jet fuel spot prices according to the following table:

Please note there will be a two-month lag in the application of the fuel surcharge index. For example, the monthly average spot price for jet fuel in April will be published during the second week of May and used to determine the fuel surcharge in June.

TNT reserves the right to change the fuel surcharge index and table without notice. Both the amount and duration of the surcharge will be determined at TNT's sole discretion. If the Fuel Surcharge rises above the maximum value or drops below minimum value, or there are changes to the trigger points, the above table will be updated.
