Storage fee

This revised regulation shall go into effect and enforced from 1st march 2011.

Applies to inbound international consignments that have been sent into VN, and not been able to be cleared within 3 working days (exclude the arrival day) because of:

(1) insufficient/incorrect paperwork , information for customs clearance, or

(2) upon written request from Receiver / Origin Depot

Or the consignment has been cleared but customer, for some reasons, hasn’t received it and the consignment is still kept in TNT’s warehouse.
