Manual bookings via Customer Service will cease as of September 1st, 2021
As of September 1st, 2021, taking manual booking via our Customer Service department will no longer be an option for the TNT shipments in Cyprus. As of that date, our online platform myTNT will be your primary tool to place your booking orders.
We like to remind you about our company initiatives to move towards digital by reducing our paper transactions and that we recently started to apply a €5.00 surcharge for paper Consignment Notes. It is visible on your invoice as “NEC“ (Non-Electronic Consignment).
We invite you to start using myTNT – our online shipping solution at your earliest convenience and avoid the NEC Surcharge, as well as any issues related to your manual transactions, such as poor readability of Air Waybills and preparation delays.

1. Register now using your existing TNT account number.
2. Your myTNT account will be activated within 48 hours.
3. Start enjoying the benefits of myTNT.
We updated our TNT Europe terms and conditions of carriage, effective 1 June 2021. Go to terms and conditions of carriage. Use of TNT services from 1 June constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
To continue providing our customers with the best possible service during this time, we are implementing a temporary surcharge on all FedEx Express and TNT international parcel and freight shipments, from April 6th until further notice. The surcharge does not apply to domestic intra-country shipments.
Due to limited cargo capacity available in the market, we are currently experiencing a huge demand for shipments from Europe to the US, Canada and Latin America, particularly driven by urgent medical and healthcare shipments.
In order to ensure our continuous operation in such a constrained environment, we are implementing extra measures to control the demand, such as:
We would like to underline that we are open for business and we will continue to accept Express shipments (TNT and FedEx) as well as FedEx economy shipments within the 100kg restriction
Our intra-Europe Express next day shipping services are returning back to normal transit times for the majority of markets. Some quoted transit times may still be impacted and subject to delay.
