Sending shipping documents to TNT

Important shipping documents are consignment note and commercial invoice or pro forma. All of them must be carefully completed for smooth customs clearance.

Shipping documents for export need to be sent to TNT in advance

Customs requires that export clearance is performed 30 min prior to airplane loading and 60 min prior to truck loading. Thus shipping documents of dutiable export non document shipments going outside European union need to be sent to TNT in advance.
