Our customers continue to be at the core of our values. On a 90,000m2 site, it will boast warehouse space of over 30,000m2 and processing capacity of up to 25,000 parcels per hour.

A technology upgrade of cutting-edge scanner equipment and software will provide our customers with greater transparency and reliability of shipments. A complete rollout of this will ensure our customers benefit from significant improvements in performance, including:
- Live updates of freight movements via webtracker, SMS or email;
- ETA window period and notification of revised ETA via webtracker, SMS or email;
- Real-time GPS mapping on scanner; and
- Street imaging of address and dynamic route planning for driver efficiency.
New vehicle replacement program has begun with the rollout of 350 new linehaul and pickup-and-delivery vehicles. This includes an additional 10 new hybrid trucks, bringing our hybrid count to over 50 vehicles in Australia.
A mobile workforce is an investment in our operations and sales teams, to equip them with the right tools, training and development so as to better understand and support your business. So get in touch with your account manager with any questions you may have, or visit www.tnt.com.au.
