Recently TNT Express teamed up with ParcelPoint to develop a new model for re-delivery of parcels which offers customers a convenient way to collect their missed deliveries.
ParcelPoint is an Australian company who specialise in giving customers a handy parcel delivery solution. ParcelPoint operates over 1000 stores nationally that offer extended hours, seven days a week as collection and return points. They also provide regular communication of parcel availability via email and SMS.
A three month trial of the new partnership will commence on Wednesday 12th December 2012 and will, at first, be used for deliveries into the Brisbane Metropolitan area. The arrangement will only apply to our National Express suite of products - 9.00, 10.00, 12.00 and Overnight.
This new model provides us with an opportunity to further delight our customers with convenience and flexibility.
