TNT Service Interruption Update

20 January 2011

Queensland
Road conditions are still improving with many diversions being lifted in regions of north east New South Wales and south east Queensland. TNT’s Queensland operations have returned to normal and we expect all outstanding freight to be cleared by Monday, 24th January 2011.

Western Victoria
The only areas where flooding continues to hamper accessibility in western Victoria are around Charlton, Sea Lake and Kerang. TNT attempted deliveries in Boort, Donald, St Arnaud, Warracknabeal, Birchip and Nhill today, and we expect the backlog of freight which was being held at Horsham to be cleared by early next week. Charlton was accessible as of late Wednesday meaning road freight movements could resume on the more direct route and we are now servicing the Mildura region subject to accessibility, particularly in and around Robinvale.

Perth
Flood related delays along the Sydney to Perth route have been kept to a minimum and we expect all freight to be delivered on time with the exception of Thursday’s movement out of Sydney (dated 14 January 2011). As reported throughout the week, this freight will arrive and be available for delivery by Friday, 21 January 2011 at the latest.

Once again TNT would like to thank our Customers for their understanding during this time.
