Telstra network outage causes connectivity issues for TNT Express
Telecommunications and information services provider Telstra has confirmed an intermittent network outage for Australia and New Zealand – affecting several businesses, including TNT Express.
Telstra is currently investigating the cause and extent of the disruption, which has impacted multiple applications, used by our customer service and operations teams.
TNT Express is working closely with Telstra to resolve this issue as soon as possible to minimise the impact on our service provided to our valued customers, both during the outage and as the backlog of service requests are addressed.
